POLICY OF PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF INVERSIONES LAGOS DE MENEGUA LTDA.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, the following PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION POLICY is issued, which will be applied to the Databases containing personal data collected directly by Inversiones Lagos de Menegua Ltda ( Lagos de Menegua) during the execution of labor, civil or commercial activities, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

DEFINITIONS:

For the purposes of this Policy, the definitions of article 3 of statutory law 1581 of 2012 and article 3 of Decree 1377 of 2013 are adopted, as follows:

Authorization: Prior, express and informed consent of the Holder to carry out the processing of personal data;

Database: Organized set of personal data that is subject to Treatment;

Personal data: Any information linked to or associated with one or several natural persons determined or determinable. The images of determined or determinable people obtained from the Video Surveillance systems installed in the common areas of the hotel are also understood as personal data;

Responsible for the Treatment: Natural or legal person, public or private, that by itself or in association with others, performs the processing of personal data on behalf of the Treatment Manager;

Responsible for the Treatment: Natural or legal person, public or private, that by itself or in association with others, decides on the database and / or the treatment of the data;

Owner: Natural person whose personal data are subject to Treatment;

Treatment: Any operation or set of operations on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, circulation or deletion. Treatment is also understood as the capturing, recording, transmission, storage, conservation or reproduction in real time or later of the images obtained from the Video Surveillance system installed in the common areas of the hotel, as well as the capture, recording, transmission, storage, conservation or reproduction in real time or later of the images (photographs) or videos of the activities carried out in the hotel with the guests.

Privacy notice: Verbal or written communication generated by the Person Responsible for the Treatment, addressed to the Owner for the Processing of their personal data, by means of which they are informed about the existence of the Information Treatment policies that will be applicable to them, the form to access them, the purposes of the treatment that is intended to give personal data and the modifications made to it.

Public data: It is the data that is not semi-private, private or sensitive. They are considered public data, among others, the data relative to the civil status of the people, to their profession or trade and to their quality of merchant or public servant. By its nature, public data may be contained, among others, in public records, public documents, gazettes and official bulletins and judicial sentences duly executed that are not subject to reservation.

Sensitive data: Sensitive data is understood to be those that affect the privacy of the Holder or whose improper use may generate discrimination, such as those that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical convictions, union membership, social organizations, of human rights or that promotes the interests of any political party or that guarantees the rights and guarantees of opposition political parties, as well as the data related to health, sexual life, and biometric data.
